This course enables you to file and prosecute patent applications for your client or company in Saudi Arabia, and to add countries through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application. You will understand and be able to perform prior art search, as well as advise on how to process domestic applications in member countries of the PCT system administered by WIPO. It will also cover filing petitions and oppositions with the Intellectual Property Authority in Saudi Arabia.
